In January of 2017, the founder of Elyon House of Bread Food Pantry and Shelter, Inc., went on a missionary trip to Ghana and Togo Africa.  While he was there, he helped oversee the Togo and Ghana Well Project.  During his trip, he was able to help and minister to many people, including children.  This trip changed his life.  When he returned back to the United States in early February, he saw the need that his own community had and he began to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit to help guide him to meet those needs.
